Dimensions
Specifications
- • Artwork must be scanned at 300 DPI for grayscale and color photos or art. B&W Line Art must be scanned at 600 DPI. All images must be provided / embedded.
- • All fonts must be submitted. We will substitute similar fonts if not submitted.
- • We will accept CD, jump disks, ftp links. File sizes under 10 MB can be emailed.
- • Accepting files from the following formats: Adobe press-ready pdf’s, High Resolution jpeg or tiff, Illustrator CS1 or lower eps or AI.
- • We recommend you use a collect for output.
- • Spellcheck.

Rotation
- • Banners will be rotated evenly between a maximum of 5 sponsors.
- • A different banner will appear each time the page is visited or refreshed.
- • No banner will appear more frequently than another to assure equal exposure.
- • Banner ads can be changed / updated as frequently as once per month to keep ads fresh and to offer new promotions. Please add a $10 fee per each additional ad change.
Ad Details
- • Banner Ads will link directly to your website email or online order form.
- • Detailed stats about your views, clicks and CTRs are logged each month and emailed to you.
- • Please do not send us a link to your site asking us to retrieve your banner ad. Physically send your ad.
- • Keep the file size as small as possible. The quicker the download the more likely your banner ad will be seen before viewer has scrolled down the screen. We use the www.iab.net ad standards and creative guidelines.
- • Keep your message short and simple. Spellcheck. Use short, hard-hitting, compelling sentences and deliver your message quickly.
- • Email your ad to bospromotions@blackoakssavannah.com
- • Accepting files formats: gif, jpeg, png, swf
- • Avoid Flash and Java usage, many people do not have these plugins turned on or are unavailable on mobile platforms.
- • Use animated banners as opposed to static banners to create user awareness of your ad.
- • Use action words and phrases to encourage action from the viewer. ie. click here- usually in the bottom right-hand corner. Use smaller font size, non distracting.
- • Use a border around your banner to make it stand out.
- • Use bright colors in your banner ad.
